Emergency Financial Assistance

For families in Hinesburg and St. George who are unable to meet basic needs, HCRC offers a small Emergency Assistance Fund. A committee reviews all requests, and in the past we have helped with utility bills, fuel oil, gas, rent, car repairs and more. If you have an urgent need and are having a hard time finding help, please give us a call.

Contact Us: (802) 482-4946.

Medical Equipment Lending

HCRC lends used medical equipment and mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, commodes, and shower seats to any community member who has a need. Short term loans are typically made for a surgery or recovery from an injury; folks may also borrow items longer term if needed. If you are in need of equipment to borrow or would like to inquire about what we have available, please let us know.
Our lending closet is currently full and we are not accepting donations at this time.
